ADVERTISING MATERIAL TO ORDER BY 18 NOVEMBER 2011 AT THE LATEST
1. NOTE: FREE ADMISSION FOR TRADE VISITORS
Trade visitors enjoy free admission to Ferien-Messe Wien 2012 as well as free entry to the exclusive B2B programme on 12 and 13 January. Please help us spread the word among tourism and leisure industry professionals and actively invite them to come along. In return for handing in their business card or completing a registration form at the distinctively marked welcome desk in Foyer A, these industry specialists will receive a ticket for the exhibition, an exhibition magazine and the trade visitors' programme.
2. "GOLDEN VOUCHERS" FOR 12 - 15 January 2012
Allocation of Golden Vouchers (magnetic swipe cards)
Please only tick this item = please only order your free allocation of Golden Vouchers (three per net square metre of exhibition space booked and paid for) if you definitely intend to pass them on or send them to someone. Your allocation of magnetic swipe cards will only be sent to you after you place an order. The cards will enable your invited customers to attend Ferien-Messe Wien 2012 free of charge and without having to queue at the counter.
3. ENTRY VOUCHERS FOR 12 - 15 January 2012

With these vouchers, you can invite your customers to attend Ferien-Messe Wien 2012 free of charge.  The voucher entitles your guest to attend all events at Messe Wien on one day between 12 and 15 January 2012. Redeemed vouchers will be charged back to you after the event at a reduced price of EUR 6.50 excl. VAT each.

Option: From a minimum order quantity of 1,000 units, the admission voucher can be personalised with your company's details (black text and/or logo). Price: EUR 0.06/unit excl. VAT.

If you choose this option, please send us the text that you wish to include: 
and/or your company logo (vector graphic eps or jpg at 300 dpi)  by e-mail to werbemittel@messe.at, with the subject "Eindruck Eintrittsgutschein Ferien-Messe Wien 2012".
4. VISITOR INFO FLYER WITH DISCOUNT VOUCHER

This practical flyer provides your invited guests with a concise overview of Ferien-Messe Wien 2012, its exhibition areas and parallel events, as well as announcing the main programme items in a clear way and supplying valuable tips on directions, parking, etc. And with the included discount vouchers, you provide your guests with the opportunity to attend Ferien-Messe Wien and all its parallel events at a reduced daily rate. It entitles the guest to single admission to Messe Wien on one day between 12 and 15 January 2012. The difference will be borne by Reed Messe Wien GmbH
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Redeemed admission vouchers and discount vouchers will be retained by the event organiser and will not usually be provided to the exhibitor. Any notes made by the exhibitor on this printed material, such as numbering or other markings, cannot be acknowledged due to the risk of manipulation. Subsequent evaluation of such notes by the exhibitor is not possible.
  • Printed admission vouchers and discount vouchers must be completed in full by you and your guests. Your guest will receive their personal entry ticket at the exhibition counter.
  • NB: All printed advertising material will be available from the middle of November 2011, from which point you and your sales staff will be able to provide the material to your customers in person – a service that they'll be sure to appreciate.
